All security personnel undergo rigerous Security Industry Training Organisation (SITO) induction courses, as well as continuous on-site training with 24 hour back-up, alongside regular visits from mobile supervisors. Security personnel also receive additional training in accordance with the standards of the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
